This online workshop is organised by DECaDE. Engage with cutting-edge academic research into digital tools and technologies to support trust and verifiability within supply chains.

Novel self-sovereign technologies are emerging to give more local control and agency to organisations and individuals for their supply chain and trading operations.

In this webinar, we will be engaging with new cutting-edge academic research into digital tools and technologies to enhance and support trust and verifiability within supply chain operations. DECaDE is the UKRI Next Stage Centre for the Decentralised Digital Economy.

In our increasingly decentralised digital economy, everyone can be a producer and consumer of goods and services. However, these dynamic peer to peer markets are all underpinned by centralised digital platforms and users rarely have a say in their governance decisions.

We explore how emerging data-centric technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence could enable a fair and safe future digital economy – transforming the way we work, interact and create value.
