About the Workshop
Organised by the DECADE Centre for Decentralised Digital Economy, this interactive workshop will explore how decentralised trust technologies can transform B2B relationships in supply chain management
Decentralised technologies support trust while preserving privacy, allowing sensitive information to be verified and shared without revealing the data itself. This opens the door to radical innovation across supply chains, from building reputations to enabling new business opportunities.
What to Expect
- Expert insights: Learn from the Surrey Centre for Cyber Security about cutting-edge technologies that enable trust, verification, and secure data use within B2B supply chains
- Collaborative exploration: Work in guided groups to map ecosystems, identify key actors and relationships, and envision new capabilities.
- Expand thinking: discover emergent value and explore new use-cases, that could support efficiency, build reputations, and open up new business opportunities.
- Critical reflection: Examine what information can be shared to create value, and what must remain protected to preserve commercial advantage.
- Innovative methods: Benefit from creative facilitation techniques by the Institute for Design Informatics at Edinburgh University, drawing on their evolving Playbook for Decentralised Service Design.

This workshop is designed for anyone interested in how decentralised technologies can enhance information sharing across supply chains, including:

This workshop has a broad scope cutting across different supply chain sectors. It will focus in on B2B relationships both national and international, but excludes cross border regulatory issues and relationships that concern governments.

- Lunch and refreshments provided. Lunch will be served at 1pm, during which Decade staff will be available to answer questions and discuss projects.
